Dennis joined the firm in 1964, becoming a partner in 1970. He subsequently spent twelve months with a merchant bank in London, after which he resumed practice with the firm.

Dennis is now a special counsel with the firm and has a wealth of experience in resources, corporate and commercial law. His practice includes mining, corporate and project finance, capital raising and takeovers, as well as dealing with a wide range of commercial matters.

As a member of the firm's Opinions Committee he reviews reports and opinions relating to all major projects.
